These guys were awesome. I locked my keys in my car on campus and mot only were they to me in less than 20 minutes but they are reasonably priced too! For once I didn’t feel like I was being robbed!! Will definitely refer people!! Thank you guys so much, you guys are a lifesaver.

After getting in a sticky situation losing my car keys out of town, Lock Works was my saving grace. I have a new car and the first locksmith I called was unable to program my specific key. But Lock Works took care of making and programing me a new key, no problem. They were polite, professional, had top of the line equiptment, and made me feel like I was in good hands during a stressful time.

First off…. I’d like to say that I have called Dustin @ Lock Works Locksmith Service, Inc many times. He has come promptly each time and has been accurate with his ETA. A few of the times he has come within minutes of me calling because he was working nearby. I am very pleased with Lock Works for many reasons. The main reason is the fact that he is a full service locksmith. There has yet to be anything which he was not able to accomplish for me. He has state of the art professional equipment and skill set to get the job done for you. I have called other locksmith’s in the past who do not compare on any level with Dustin. I was very pleased with the professional services provided by Dustin. Based only on the make and model of my car, he purchased the appropriate key transmitter unit (FOB) and programmed it properly. He arrived promptly for our appointment and performed all work quickly and accurately. The cost was approximately half of what my dealer quoted for the same work. I highly recommend this service.

After several iffy experiences (no call back after estimate to complete the work) with other well known Capital District locksmiths, I contacted Lock Works. I spoke directly with Dustin and set up an appointment for an estimate for two door issues. I expected an estimate and to be told that I had to set up another appointment for the work as this is how I had been treated previously. Not with Dustin.

He showed up ready to work- very professional, very courteous. He looked at the ancient lock in need of a new cylinder and advised me on the best way to make the other door more secure. In a little over an hour, both doors were complete, the work areas were spotless and his price was half of what I had been quoted by a previous company. Very pleased.
